Xiser Pro Trainer Replacement Cylinders
Restore smooth, adjustable resistance to your Xiser Pro Trainer with genuine Xiser replacement cylinders. These Pro Trainer cylinders are designed for the Xiser stepper machine and help keep your high intensity trainer performing with the controlled hydraulic resistance Xiser owners expect.
What’s included: A pair of Pro Trainer replacement cylinders, a set of replacement cables, and associated hardware.
Before ordering, confirm that your machine uses Pro Trainer size cylinders. If your stepper is older, second-hand, or you are not sure which cylinder size you need, Xiser Customer Service can help identify the correct replacement part.
Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Before shipping, email contact@xiser.com for a required Return Authorization Number (RA#).
You pay return shipping. We usually issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not normally charge a restocking fee. If a returned trainer arrives in poor condition, a restocking and service fee of up to 20% may be deducted after inspection.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Xiser trainers ship from Colorado, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates; international timing varies by destination and customs processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For international orders, duties, VAT, and other import taxes may be collected at checkout, depending on the destination. Charges not collected at checkout may be due on delivery.
