Xiser Personal Trainer Replacement Cylinders
Keep your Xiser Personal Trainer running smoothly with genuine replacement cylinders made for the Xiser stepper machine. These Personal Trainer cylinders help restore the adjustable hydraulic resistance that makes the Xiser compact stepper useful for cardio, interval training, and high intensity stepping.
What’s included: A pair of Personal Trainer replacement cylinders, a set of replacement cables, and associated hardware.
Please verify that your machine uses Personal Trainer size cylinders before ordering. If your Xiser is an older model or you are unsure which part fits your stepper, contact Xiser for help before replacing parts.
Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Before shipping, email contact@xiser.com for a required Return Authorization Number (RA#).
You pay return shipping. We usually issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not normally charge a restocking fee. If a returned trainer arrives in poor condition, a restocking and service fee of up to 20% may be deducted after inspection.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Xiser trainers ship from Colorado, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates; international timing varies by destination and customs processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For international orders, duties, VAT, and other import taxes may be collected at checkout, depending on the destination. Charges not collected at checkout may be due on delivery.
