This page explains the Xiser® return policy, refund process, warranty coverage, and how to contact our support team if you need help with your trainer.

The Xiser® High Intensity Trainer™ and Xiser® High Intensity Trainer Pro™ are backed by one of the strongest warranties in the fitness industry.

All Xiser-manufactured products used under normal conditions are covered by a 100% parts and labor warranty.

Warranty Coverage

  • 5-Year Warranty for individual or personal use
  • 90-Day Warranty for institutional or commercial use
  • Covers parts and labor for manufacturing defects
  • Shipping and handling costs are not included

Xiser Industries reserves the right to determine whether a product has been subjected to misuse or abuse.

30-Day Return Policy

We take pride in manufacturing one of the most durable stair stepper exercise machines on the market. However, if you are dissatisfied with your Xiser® purchase for any reason, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning a product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting Customer Support.

Returns received without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed.


Preparing Your Return

Once you receive your RA#, please prepare your return carefully.

  • Carefully package your Xiser® trainer, preferably in the original box.
  • Include proof of purchase or a copy of your confirmation email in a separate envelope.
  • Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Shipping Your Return

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may ship using any carrier of your choice.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, provided the unit is returned in like-new condition.

If the machine arrives damaged or shows signs of use, a 20% restocking and service fee may be deducted from the refund, excluding shipping.

This fee may be waived at the discretion of Xiser Industries based on the product’s condition upon arrival.
