How to Identify Your Xiser® Cylinder Size

Use this page to help identify the correct hydraulic cylinder size for your Xiser® stepper. Choosing the correct replacement cylinder is important for proper fit, smooth stepping motion, and safe performance.

Xiser® Cylinder Size Identification

The image above shows the current production cylinders used with Xiser® High Intensity Trainers. Compare your existing cylinder to the image to help determine which replacement cylinder may be correct for your machine.

If your Xiser® stepper is a current production model, the cylinder style and size should closely match one of the cylinders shown in the comparison image.

Current Production Xiser® Cylinders

Current production cylinders are used on modern Xiser® stepper models, including the Xiser® High Intensity Trainer™ and Xiser® High Intensity Trainer Pro™.

Older Xiser® Stepper Models

Cylinders used in earlier Xiser® models, such as the Anaerobic Trainer and the Wellness Machine, are not shown in the image above. These older models may use different cylinder types or require additional support before ordering replacement parts.

How to Measure Your Xiser® Cylinder

If you are unsure which cylinder you need, a few basic measurements can help our support team identify the correct part.

Measure the overall length of the cylinder.
Measure the cylinder body, not including the end fittings.
Take clear photos of both ends of the cylinder.
Take a photo of the full Xiser® stepper from the side.
Note whether the machine is a Personal Trainer, Pro Trainer, Anaerobic Trainer, Wellness Machine, or another older model.

Clear photos are often the fastest way for us to identify the correct Xiser® replacement cylinder.
