Xiser Pro Trainer Single Cable Replacement
Replace a worn or damaged cable on your Xiser Pro Trainer with a genuine Xiser single cable assembly. This replacement cable is made for Xiser Pro Trainer models and helps maintain proper pedal movement, linkage function, and long-term stepper performance.
Cable size matters. Before ordering, check the cable assembly guide to confirm whether your machine needs the Pro Trainer cable or a different Xiser cable size.
Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Before shipping, email contact@xiser.com for a required Return Authorization Number (RA#).
You pay return shipping. We usually issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not normally charge a restocking fee. If a returned trainer arrives in poor condition, a restocking and service fee of up to 20% may be deducted after inspection.

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Xiser trainers ship from Colorado, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates; international timing varies by destination and customs processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For international orders, duties, VAT, and other import taxes may be collected at checkout, depending on the destination. Charges not collected at checkout may be due on delivery.
