High Intensity Training

Evidence is overwhelming that the right kinds of exercise and training produce great health and image benefits. By now, empirical evidence backed by research shows that anaerobic exercise (HIT, HIIT, Crossfit, Spinning etc.) is far superior to aerobic exercise. To top that off anaerobic exercise requires only a fraction of the time needed for any aerobic program.
